DO YOU NEED EMERGENCY FOOD ASSISTANCE?
The Food Pantry and Administrative offices are located at 3909 Ellison Street in Hope Mills. Hours for assistance are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM until 11:30 AM.
ALMS HOUSE collects and redistributes food to families each day. This food comes from surplus and prepared perishables that make donations to our program. Our goal is to bridge the gaps between individuals income and government benefits.
Our emergency food pantry services are available for all clients every four to twelve months.
Referrals are required and can be obtained from the Cumberland County Department of Social Services. Please contact us for more details about our program.
Our food bags include grains, proteins, fruits, vegetables and meats to make certain our families are eating well balanced and nutritious meals. We welcome donations of goods to support our initiative and also encourage others to organize a food drive to help us with serving our community. To organize a food drive please call 910-425-0902 or email: volunteer@almshousehopemills.com.
